Who Are Our “Work-Life Counselors”?
WFB's counselors have outstanding educational credentials and professional experience. Every counselor has a Bachelor's degree in early childhood development, geriatrics, education, social work, developmental disabilities, counseling or social services. Many counselors have a Master's degree and license. In addition, counselors have at least three years of experience in a child, elder and/or other counseling field. All counselors are skilled listeners who provide individualized, detailed intake interviews. Each counselor is familiar with a wide range of care resources, and is proficient in searching for the best possible solutions for work-life problems. Counselors can communicate with employees in English, Spanish, and other languages.
