Meeting the
unique needs of every client
“The resources available through WFB to help employees and their families address child and elder care issues were very important. We wanted our employees to have somewhere to turn. Before, they had nowhere to turn. With this benefit we can reach all of our employees at relatively little cost to the company.” |
Employer/Labor Organizations
The individual employer or labor organization is looking
to gain the competitive edge to attract and retain today’s
workforce. Many of their workers are female, average age 47 and
working full-time while trying to balance caregiving and work responsibilities.
What is important to these workers? Ken Dychwald, author of “Age
Wave”, said the most important service for caregivers is the
ability to speak with an expert to understand the range of dependent
care resources and options – exactly what our clients say
in customer satisfaction surveys and what WFB’s service provides
– a perfect strategic fit for employers or labor unions.
Member Organizations
Here, the buyer is an individual “member” of an association
or affinity group and WFB’s offerings are included as a member
benefit packaged with other “discounted” or eligible
card membership. These members either are not eligible for benefit
coverage through work or have very limited coverage available. By
including WFB, the sponsoring organization uses its pricing leverage
to differentiate its offering with a benefit that responds to the
needs of their members with caregiving responsibilities.
