  William H Mulcahy
Founder and President

Bill Mulcahy is president of Work & Family Benefits, Inc. (WFB) which he founded in 1992 and today is the largest provider of dependent care consultation and referral services to employer groups in the country
(Business Insurance, 3/29/04 ). WFB pioneered distribution of these services as an employee benefit via top brokers and consultants in the mid 90's and continues a history of product innovation with the September 2004 release of the My Life Values (MLV) web platform, July 2005 release of MLV's AdminOp custom functionality, and March 2006 introduction of its HRExchange benefit communication and integration tool. MLV is being utilized by over 40,000 companies and 4 million employees and their families.

Bill is a recognized expert on employee benefits and benefit plan integration of work-life programs. WFB's success has been recognized in Business Insurance , while Bill has authored articles on work-life for prestigious industry publications including Employee Benefit Plan Review , Employee Benefit Advisor , Broker World , Rough Notes and others. Bill is responsible for strategic business development and client acquisitions.

Previously, Bill was senior vice president of American Business Insurance Northeast ( ABI ), then the nation's 17 th largest insurance brokerage firm. From 1987-92, Bill was a principal with CPI Insurance Group and president of CPI Benefits in Morristown , NJ . At both ABI and CPI , Bill was responsible for the management of the employee benefits divisions and provided clients with strategic plan design, pricing, administration, communication and funding of group qualified and non-qualified benefits. From 1975-87, Bill enjoyed an outstanding career with UNUM Life Insurance Company of Portland, Maine where he was a major force in the development of UNUM's highly regarded field organization and product development initiatives.

Bill graduated from Seton Hall University (NJ) in 1975. He has served on various community organizations including the Morris School District Board of Education, Morris Educational Foundation and Morristown Little League. He is married, has a son and two daughters, and is active in various professional organizations in the New York metropolitan area.

 

Brooke Wilson
Director of Client Relations

Brooke Wilson has over 15 years of experience in customer service, computer information systems, technology and website design. She joined Work & Family Benefits, Inc. in 1997 working in a client service and support role, learning the traditional employee benefits business while witnessing WFB's emergence as a market leader in work-life services. Utilizing her familiarity with WFB's constantly evolving work-life service delivery and technology, she played a key role in the development of WFB's internal proprietary case management system and innovative web platform, My Life Values.

In 2003, Brooke received the Excellence in Service Award from Black & Decker Corporation. With her extensive experience and service at WFB, she was promoted to Director of Client Relations in 2004. As Director of Client Relations, she is an expert in operationalizing WFB's services to fit any client's needs and ensuring that WFB's clients get the most value of their investment in our service offerings. She handles all aspects of account management, including implementation, quality control, customer satisfaction, ongoing member communications, and utilization reporting.

When she is not at Work & Family Benefits, Inc., Brooke is very active in the northeast cycling community. She is the founder of a volunteer, non-profit organization to promote women's developmental cycling and is a multi-time national champion in track cycling.
