WFB has partnered with a best-in-class legal and financial service provider whose key characteristics include:
- Alignment with WFB's quality service standards and commitment to our clients evidenced by immediate access to an expert focused on identifying real solutions for that individual situation.

- Access to attorneys and financial counselors by telephone and in-person for consultation.
- Document preparation and review, e.g. simple wills, Powers of Attorney.

Employees in need of legal or financial assistance first consult with one of WFB's counselors and are then seamlessly warm-transferred to our legal and financial partner for expert assistance.
Legal Services
WFB delivers a robust legal benefit that is preventative in its focus. Employees talk directly and confidentially with the experts and can access a full suite of information resources online. Services include:
- Unlimited number of initial consultations per year on each new legal topic or matter. This initial consultation with an attorney can be by telephone or in person. The attorney provides up to one half hour for an initial consultation under the plan.
- Preparation of a simple will.
- Document review and recommendations – including wills, living wills, Powers of Attorney. Documents up to six pages are covered under the plan.
- For more complex legal issues, guaranteed reduced hourly rates for plan attorneys.
- Online services, including:
- Extensive legal library which includes detailed descriptions of the most common legal issues employees face.
- Library of legal documents with instructions to get you started before meeting with an attorney.
- Small Claims and Consumer Netline for small claims court preparation.
- Domestic Violence and the Law including safety checklist and legal remedies to prevent domestic violence.
- The Virtual Law Office for 24/7 e-mail contact with an attorney and a response within 24 hours.
Financial Services
With WFB's Financial Services, employees can talk directly and confidentially with the experts as well as access a full suite of tools, worksheets, resources and information online. Services include:
- Guidance on budgeting.
- Advice on debt management and structuring a payoff plan.
- Invitations to attend financial workshops and seminars.
