WFB partners with strategic service partners (SSPs) that deliver valued
administrative and/or clinical services to their clients. The SSP’s
purpose is to manage benefits, reduce health care expenses and streamline
HR processes. This would include:
- TPAs – Third party administrators
- Human Resources (HR) firms and Health Management firms
WFB and SSPs develop and sell different but extremely complementary services to the same target clients,
and, in some cases, distribution channels. In turn, WFB provides
SSPs with a comprehensive portfolio of work-life solutions that
are:
- Realistically priced for wholesale distribution
- Modular for maximum product customization
- Turnkey – easily operationalized for stealth deployment
- Effectively communicated as a strategic differential
In addition, once WFB’s work-life web platform, My Life Values,
is implemented, our proprietary AdminOp technology will enable individual
client customization, track utilization real time/any time and facilitate
partner communication strategies for maximum effectiveness and customer
satisfaction.
Ultimately, we collaborate with SSP partners, determine what is
affordable to selected segments, and design work-life solutions
that can be delivered effectively with integrity.
